Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related discipline; fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of mechatronics, electrical, mechanical and control fundamentals.
• Familiarity with sensors, motors and automation concepts used in AMR platforms.
• Basic exposure to Python, C++, and Ubuntu OS terminal commands.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site deployment and service support.
• Good communication skills for operator interaction and training.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission AMR systems at customer sites, including testing and validation.
• Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve field issues.
• Monitor AMR performance to ensure uptime across sites.
• Train operators and supervisors on safe AMR usage.
