Job summary

ANSCER Robotics Private Limited in Bengaluru (Bangalore South) is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced mechanical systems for autonomous mobile robots (AMR/AGV). You will drive concept to production, create 3D models, drawings, and documentation, and work cross-functionally with electrical, controls, software, manufacturing and quality teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in mechanical design, strong SolidWorks skills, GD&T expertise,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of mechanical design and product development experience.
• Expert proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience with AMR/AGV robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, fits, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Experience with DFMEA, DFM, and DFA methodologies.
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and product validation.
• Ability to create detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork in cross-functional environments.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovativeSr. Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems and products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept generation, detailed design, prototyping, testing, product validation, and supporting product launch activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative mechanical systems from concept to production.
  
• Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, prototyping, testing, andvalidation activities.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Mandatory experience in AMR, AGV, mobile robotics, warehouse automation, or industrial robotics. Candidates without relevant AMR/AGV robotics experience will not be considered.
