Job summary

Invt Electric India is seeking a technically skilled professional to engage with local data center clients, identify requirements, and propose targeted infrastructure solutions. The role includes on-site guidance for installation, commissioning, and performance testing, plus handling complex issues that arise on-site.

Strong English presentation skills are required for client demos and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, HVAC, or related science and engineering fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in data center infrastructure, UPS, precision air conditioning, power distribution cabinets, or monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with data center Tier standards (TIA-942 or Uptime Institute).
• English: Good reading and writing skills, able to read technical documents in English and collaborate with global teams via email.

Job description

• Collaborate with the sales team to visit large local data center clients in India (such as hyperscalers and colocation providers) to identify technical needs.
• Provide targeted data center infrastructure (such as precision power distribution, Data Centers, UPS, cooling systems, or monitoring software) solutions based on client requirements.
• Responsible for technical responses, product selection, and drawing reviews during local project tenders in India.

Solution Design and Presentation:

• Proficient in the application scenarios of company products in data centers, capable of delivering technical presentations and demos to clients in English.

Project Delivery and Commissioning:

• Guide or assist clients with on-site equipment installation, power-up commissioning, and performance testing.
• Handle complex technical issues that arise on-site.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, HVAC, or related science and engineering fields.

2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in data center infrastructure, UPS, precision air conditioning, power distribution cabinets, or monitoring systems. Experience working with competitors or large integrators such as Schneider, Vertiv, Delta, Eaton is preferred.

3. Professional Skills: Familiarity with data center Tier standards (TIA-942 or Uptime Institute).
