Job summary

Mount Everest Breweries Limited is seeking a fermentation operator to monitor parameters such as temperature, gravity, and pH, and manage yeast cropping and pitching as per SOPs.

You will carry out CIP of UTS, YP, YSTs, BBTs and associated pipelines, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and GMP procedures while working at sites in Sarangpur or Sehore in Madhya Pradesh.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fermentation parameters including temperature, gravity, and pH as per SOP.
• Carry out CIP of UTS, YP, YSTs, BBTs and associated pipelines and maintain records.
