Working from the comfort of your home, you will ensure seamless order processing, customer satisfaction, and backend coordination, all during regular day-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily online customer orders efficiently using our order management system.

• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to the concerned team.

• Communicate order status updates, shipment tracking, and issue resolution to customers via email or chat.

• Handle product returns, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain accurate and updated order records in company databases.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders and shipping.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order-related escalations and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline.
