Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Senior ANSYS Simulation Engineer Lead to drive advanced FEA/CFD/multiphysics analyses, guide validation, and provide design recommendations for reliability and manufacturability. You will lead simulation activities, develop models, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams in India and globally.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on ANSYS experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and expertise in static/dynamic structural analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive or related discipline.
• 10+ years hands-on ANSYS-based simulation and analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in static and dynamic structural analysis, nonlinear analysis, fatigue and fracture mechanics, thermal analysis, CFD and multiphysics.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced ANSYS simulations (structural, thermal, CFD, multiphysics).
• Develop and validate FE models from requirements and data.
• Lead simulation activities and mentor junior CAE engineers.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and testing teams to optimize performance.
• Automate workflows using Python/APDL or scripting tools.
• Support customer discussions and technical reviews.

Job Title Senior ANSYS Simulation Engineer Lead CAE Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ANSYS Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Finite Element Analysis FEA Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD Multiphysics simulations and product validation The ideal candidate will lead simulation activities develop advanced engineering models analyze complex mechanical and thermal systems and provide design recommendations to improve product performance reliability and manufacturability

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced simulations using ANSYS Workbench Mechanical Fluent CFX LS-DYNA Maxwell or other ANSYS modules Conduct structural thermal vibration fatigue nonlinear and dynamic analyses Develop and validate FE models based on engineering requirements and test data Collaborate with design manufacturing and testing teams to optimize product performance Interpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations Establish simulation methodologies standards and best practices Mentor junior CAE engineers and review simulation reports Automate simulation workflows using Python APDL or scripting tools Support customer discussions technical reviews and project planning activities Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Automotive Engineering or related discipline Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ANSYS-based simulation and analysis Strong expertise in: Static and Dynamic Structural Analysis Nonlinear Analysis Fatigue and Fracture Mechanics Thermal Analysis CFD Analysis Multiphysics Simulations Proficiency in ANSYS Workbench Mechanical APDL Fluent SpaceClaim DesignModeler Experience with CAD tools such as CATIA Creo NX or SolidWorks Knowledge of engineering standards such as ASME API ISO DNV or aerospaceautomotive standards Strong analytical problem-solving and technical reporting skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in automotive aerospace energy heavy engineering or industrial equipment domains Knowledge of optimization techniques and Design for Reliability DfR Hands-on experience with ANSYS customization scripting and process automation Exposure to HPC High-Performance Computing environments Certification in ANSYS tools is an added advantage
