Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience using ANSYS or other commercial FEA software.
• Strong knowledge in Structural, Thermal, Vibration, and Multiphysics analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Structural Mechanics application engineers.
• Oversee the full technical sales lifecycle from solution design to deployment.
• Serve as a technical advisor to strategic customers for their engineering challenges.
• Partner with sales teams to develop customer-centric growth strategies.
• Champion process improvement for team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadand mentor a team of Structural Mechanics application engineers, fostering aculture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the full technical sales lifecycle—from discovery and solution design todemonstrations, evaluations, and deployment—ensuring impactful customeroutcomes.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, understanding theirengineering challenges and aligning simulation strategies with businessobjectives
• Partnerwith sales teams to build pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and developcustomer-centric growth strategies.
• Championprocess improvement and change management to drive team efficiency andscalability
• RepresentCADFEM in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and high-leveltechnical reviews to reinforce credibility and thought leadership

Requirements

• Master’s degree inengineering with 10+ YoE using ANSYS or other commercial FEA software.
• Strong knowledge inStructural, Thermal, Vibration, Multiphysics, Transient, Nonlinear, Material,Fatigue and Explicit Dynamics analysis.
