You will leverage top-tier FDD experience from major firms, ensure rigorous analysis, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders across teams.

Qualified candidates hold CA/MBA/ACCA credentials, with MBA/PGDM in any specialization, and demonstrated excellence in communication. This on-site role is based in Noida/Delhi-NCR region.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in managing and executing financial due diligence engagements for mergers and acquisitions.
• CORE FDD from BIG 6 Consulting / Boutique firms only.
• CA/MBA/ACCA required.
• Excellent communication.
• PG: MBA/PGDM in any specialization, CA in CA.
