Job Overview
Support FCC catalyst sales for the Asia region from our Mumbai office as an FCC Technical Analyst. You will provide technical insights, proposals, economic studies, and operational support that enhance FCC catalyst sales and help customers improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver competitive technical proposals and catalyst recommendations for existing and prospective customers, supporting the catalyst sales process.
- Engage with Asia TE and customers to understand needs and pains, helping improve unit operation and profitability with Ketjen FCC solutions.
- Provide technical services such as FCC unit start-up support, ongoing monitoring, and troubleshooting of operational issues.
- Conduct in-depth technical and economic studies to help customers optimize their FCC operations and improve unit profitability.
- Prepare and present technical papers at industry seminars, conferences, and customer events.
- Partner with the business to identify future technical needs, market opportunities, and areas for innovation.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FCC operations, FCC catalyst business, or FCC licensing.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an asset.
- A balanced combination of technical depth and commercial awareness, enabling strong customer engagement and advocacy.
