Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India is seeking a back-office claims support associate to perform accurate data entry, document management and routine reporting. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claims processing, while maintaining confidentiality and following established procedures.

The role shifts 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST and offers hybrid work options. Experience in insurance/finance/healthcare/BFSI (1–3 years) and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in insurance/finance/healthcare/BFSI domains.
• Back-office experience in claims or similar processes.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

This position provides back-office support to the claims operations by performing accurate data entry, document management, and routine reporting while ensuring timely and quality claims administration. This role supports and coordinates with internal teams to facilitate efficient claims processing. The position follows established procedures, production standards, and confidentiality requirements while contributing to overall operational effectiveness and service quality.

Shift timings - 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Any insurance/ finance/healthcare/BFSI domain experience can be considered in between 1 to 3 years i.e banking or healthcare insurance, P&C Claims, back office experince, Retail
