Kheyti, an agri-tech company helping farmers boost incomes through its Greenhouse-in-a-Box program, seeks a Field Operations Executive in Sagar, MP to drive farmer onboarding, training, and engagement.

You will promote protected cultivation practices, resolve agronomy queries, coordinate field visits and campaigns, and maintain farmer databases to improve satisfaction and outcomes.

The role requires willingness to travel, strong fieldwork motivation, and a passion for agricultural innovation.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new farmers to the Kheyti Greenhouse program.
• Train farmers on greenhouse maintenance and protected cultivation.
• Resolve agronomy queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Improve farmer engagement through tele-calling, field visits, and campaigns.
• Maintain farmer database.
• Work with agronomists to recommend input guidelines.
• Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs.

Kheyti helps smallholder farmers battle climate change through a low‑cost greenhouse called "Greenhouse-in-a-Box", bundled with end‑to‑end services. The greenhouse occupies only 2 % of a farmer’s land, costs 33 % less than conventional greenhouses, protects crops from environmental risks, and produces 7 × more food using 50 × better water efficiency. Kheyti partners with financing, input‑linkage, training, and market‑linkage organisations to help farmers earn up to ₹1,00,000 better annually – a 3 × increase in income.
