Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing sales, installation, and service teams.
• Own the regional P&L— pricing, CAC, service, and operational costs align with budget.
• Deliver 100% customer satisfaction and meet all Farmer Success and NPS targets.
• Manage relationships with partners after handover from partner success managers to drive operations smoothly.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders for cross‑functional success.
• Work closely with the leadership team to come up with effective strategies to achieve organizational goals.

As a State Head, you will be at the frontlines of transforming smallholder farmers’ lives—leading large teams, managing operations end‑to‑end, and making tough, smart decisions to scale impact sustainably. Must‑Haves

• Bachelor in agriculture/rural development/social sciences or any related field.
