Job summary

Kheyti in Raisen, MP is seeking a passionate field professional to deliver day-to-day advisory and support services to farmers, enabling better adoption of sustainable and protected cultivation practices.

You will onboard new farmers to the Kheyti Greenhouse program, train them on maintenance of greenhouse and protected cultivation, and coordinate field visits to promote best practices. This role requires travel, field work and a drive to create impact in sustainable agriculture.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Agriculture or Horticulture is required.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field.
• Knowledge of horticulture/crop management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program.
• Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of greenhouse and protected cultivation.
• Resolve farmers’ agronomy‑related queries and ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by telecalling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices.
• Farmer database maintenance.
• Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.
• Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.
