Job summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts is seeking a proactive F&B Executive to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain fine-dining service standards, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

You will support the restaurant management team in staff coordination, service quality, and operational efficiency, coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of F&B operations experience, preferably fine dining.
• Strong communication, leadership and guest-handling skills.
• Knowledge of service standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to coordinate teams and multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B service operations and maintain standards.
