Job summary

Aaditas HR Advisory is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Leader for a greenfield manufacturing project in Nashik.

You will lead plant setup, production launch, and end-to-end operations including manpower, procurement, quality, maintenance, safety and inventory; drive SOPs, productivity, cost control and compliance.

Ideal candidate has 8–15 years in food/FMCG manufacturing with greenfield exposure and strong track record in production, food safety and operational excellence.

• 8–15 years’ experience in food/FMCG manufacturing with plant operations and greenfield setup exposure.
• Strong in production, food safety, people management, procurement and operational excellence.
