Job summary

Michael Page is representing a fast-growing Indian electrical products company in Coimbatore to appoint a Manufacturing Head for the wire manufacturing operations.

You will oversee day-to-day production, develop and execute plans, monitor efficiency and safety, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet quality targets within a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations in wires & cables.
• Expertise in production planning, process optimization and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the wire manufacturing facility to ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity, and safety measures.
• Manage and allocate resources, including workforce, materials, and machinery.

Job Description
