Job summary

JHC Recruitment Agency is seeking a Factory Head in Bengaluru to oversee end-to-end factory operations including production planning, quality, maintenance and safety. You will lead the production team, drive process improvements and manage budgets to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical background with 5+ years in factory leadership, strong leadership and planning skills, and a track record of driving productivity and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical; any Graduate
• 5+ years in factory leadership
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations, production planning, manpower, quality, maintenance, inventory and safety.
