Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering/Science/Commerce; CFM or FM certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of integrated facility management experience.
• Strong knowledge of soft and hard services, safety, and compliance.
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CMMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facility services including housekeeping, maintenance, security interface, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare and monitor annual FM budgets and operational costs.
• Conduct regular safety audits, compliance checks, and energy reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage a team of supervisors and contract staff.
• Handle statutory compliance including fire safety, lift inspection, and health regulations.
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
