Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Manager I, Facility Management for its Thane location in India. The role focuses on electrical systems, testing, maintenance, and project supervision within a BPO environment.

You will oversee DG, UPS, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety compliance and efficient operation while coordinating with clients and teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in a BPO or similar organization.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles and circuits.
• Experience in testing, maintenance and project supervision.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate equipment and systems for reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement repairs.
• Supervise installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
