Qualifications

• Experience with operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, transformers, pumps, and firefighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Support energy management and monitor utility consumption.
• Manage AMC contracts and renewals.
• Maintain documentation and asset records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all technical services.
