Job summary

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, have hands-on facility management experience, be adept with CMMS software, and excel in communication and multitasking in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering required.
• Experience in facility management or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety.
• Familiarity with regulations and codes applicable to facilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of facility operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards or malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to facility emergencies and provide technical support.
• Monitor energy use and implement energy-saving measures.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for technical operations.
• Collaborate with departments on facility improvement initiatives.
• Prepare DSR, MMR, QBR, ABR reports.

Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering.* Proven experience in facility management or a similar technical role.* Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety.* Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of facility operation and maintenance.* Familiarity with Incident Reporting tools **Reports Management:**SharePoint, MMR, QBR Asset sheet(LOB wise), Metrix data.
