Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites you to join our team as Facility Executive (Soft Services) Account Management - IFM- India, where you will help manage daily client activities and promote best practices across the property.

You will coordinate budgeting, vendor relationships and safety programs while developing our team's capabilities through training and coaching. This on-site Pune role offers a 48-hour workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years’ experience in facilities management or related fields.
• SCEM certification; working knowledge of occupational safety; life sciences exposure desirable.
• Strong background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly analytical and goal-oriented, with expertise in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client activities for the assigned property or facility.
• Implement building procedures and performance measures; ensure compliance.
• Boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and better processes.
• Maintain property safety by enforcing health and safety standards.
• Build strong client relationships; serve as the main contact for facilities-related concerns.
• Oversee the site's budget, accounting and financial operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure procurement processes and contract requirements.
• Support the team’s growth and development through training and coaching.
• Uphold a culture of collaboration, cooperation and performance excellence.
• Ensure the team is motivated and that trust and work ethics prevail.
