Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Facility Executive – Soft Services to oversee daily soft services operations within a busy corporate building. This on-site role features a 6-day work week and reports to the AFM/Facilities Manager, serving as the on-site point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of facilities or hospitality experience and a Graduation, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Facility Management team operationally and administratively.
• Administer SOPs for soft services; ensure timely reporting.
• Conduct site audits, floor walks, and track defect closures.
• Manage HK, Dispatch, Pantry, and Cafeteria staff training and attendance.
• Oversee consumables stock, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and liaison with client finance team.
• Coordinate boardroom bookings and VIP/client visit arrangements.
• Conduct facility rounds; coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance.
• Manage Helpdesk, Front Office, and Mailroom operations, including rosters and escalations.
• Maintain logbooks and ensure daily FM sign-off.
