Job summary

House Of Diagnostics is seeking a diligent Housekeeping & Facilities Supervisor to maintain cleanliness round the clock and coordinate with service providers and vendors. You will manage records for housekeeping and pantry, oversee daily/weekly cleaning, and supervise on-site manpower and safety protocols.

The role requires coordinating with facility and administration teams, training new recruits, and ensuring public areas meet cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and pantry management.

• Knowledge of maintaining records for consumables and documents.
• Familiarity with cleaning schedules and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cleaning equipment (floor scrubbing, polishing, vacuum).
• Assist facility manager with PO creation for supplies, using Excel.
• Maintain pantry and cafeteria service knowledge and records.
• Control on-site manpower effectively.

• Responsible for maintaining the facility neat & clean Round The Clock.
• Coordinate with the Services Provider & Vendor.
• Maintain all Record of Consumable & Documents of Housekeeping & Pantry.
• Maintain the daily (Cleaning), Weekly (Deeply Cleaning, Scrubbing)
• Control of manpower Details and make duties rosters.
• Coordinate with facility and administration team
• Taking Care of all Soft Services.
• Checking of Public areas against check list & see that they meet the Standard of Cleanliness.
• Maintain a regular and complete advance scheduled Programmed of cleanliness
• Preparation of Snag list & Coordinating with engineering department.
• Daily review & the reports of Soft service Manager.
• Checking Incoming order of Supply.
• Daily Briefing & Train new recruits.
• Assign duties to the Houseman on Floor
• Check & control equipment like - Floor Scrubbing Machine, and Floor Polishing Machine & Vacuuming machine.
• Office Safety.
• Helping To Facility Manager for Make PO For Incoming Supply Of Hk And Pantry Consumable In Excel Sheet.
• Excellent Knowledge Of Cafeteria Food Services.
• Maintain All Pantry And Housekeeping Consumable Record In Excel Sheet.
• Best Control On Site Manpower.
