Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations & Compliance Coordinator to monitor takeover of units and project milestones, and to supervise vendors across facilities, safety, cleaning and waste management. You will track customer possession, address queries, and ensure resolution and satisfaction.

You will coordinate with municipal bodies, verify licenses and ISO requirements, and generate MIS reports for the Customer Feedback Committee to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities/operations coordination.
• Vendor management experience.
• Customer service exposure and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to liaise with municipal bodies and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Monitor takeover of units and project milestones (inspection, snagging, rectification).
• Oversee vendors for facilities, services, safety, security, cleaning, waste disposal, and vending.
• Track customer possessions and handovers from sales to customers.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction surveys and report to feedback committee.
• Liaise with municipal bodies for property tax, land revenue, etc.
• Monitor insurance, warranties, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure recommendations and implementation of ISO standards.
• Ensure MIS reports are generated as required.

• Monitor Takeover of Units and Project (Inspection/Snagging/Rectification etc).
• Monitor Selection/Deployment and performance of Vendors for Facilities/Services, Safety & Security, Cleaning/ Hygiene/ waste disposal /recycling, Food/Catering/ Vending etc.
• Monitor Customer/Possession details from Sales.
• Monitor Handover possession to Customers.
• Monitor Customer Complaints/Queries/Issues on Product and Services and resolution of the same.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Survey and Report to Customer Feedback Committee for improvements.
• Liaison with Municipal Corporations/Govt Bodies for Property Tax assessment/Land Revenue etc.
• Monitor Insurance/AMC/Guarantees/Warrantys/Consents/Licenses/Norms etc so as to ensure the same are in place.
• Ensure recommendations and requirement of ISO.
• Ensure MIS Reports are generated as required.
