Infinity Box is seeking a dynamic Facility Head – Dishwashing to oversee dishwashing and facility operations in a high-volume setup at Hyderabad, Telangana. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operations management, and a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage 50+ employees, implement SOPs, coordinate with procurement and sales, and ensure client satisfaction through rigorous hygiene and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or facility management, preferably in hospitality or manufacturing.
• Exposure to production planning and capacity planning.
• Strong operational planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience leading large teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility operations, including production planning, shift management, and daily workflow execution.
• Supervise and optimize operations in a fast-paced environment while resolving challenges efficiently.
• Conduct regular quality and hygiene checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Manage and mentor a workforce of 50+ employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Set team KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to improve productivity and accountability.
• Develop and implement SOPs while driving continuous improvement across operations.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure seamless supply chain and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics/service providers.

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and operations-focused Facility Head to oversee dishwashing and facility operations in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams, and a hands‑on approach to operations, quality, and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Additional Requirements

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Fluency in the local language is mandatory.(Hindi, English)
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long hours and handling operational activities.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and extended hours when required.
