Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai (Powai) is seeking a Facilities Lead/Manager with 12–16 years of experience to oversee large facilities, cafeterias, vendor management, and maintenance contracts.

You will manage budgets, procurement and safety and security, coordinate with statutory bodies, and ensure smooth transport operations and Building Management Systems (BMS). The role demands hands-on leadership and teamwork to drive facility performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• General Administration, Hospitality and operations management experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and MIS; capable of budgeting and procurement.
• Vendor management and liaison with government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large facilities, cafeteria management and maintenance contracts.
• Handle budget management and procurement processes; monitor financial aspects.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance; coordinate with statutory bodies and manage transport operations.
• Operate and coordinate with Building Management and automation systems (BMS) and power distribution basics.

Key responsibilities

Handling larger Facility, Cafeteria Management, Vendor Management, Hospitality, Conclusion of Annual Maintenance Contracts, Financial aspects to include Budget Management and Procurement processes, BMS, Dealing with Statutory bodies, Transport operations, Safety and security of workplace

Required Skills

• Knowledge and experience / aptitude related to General Administration, Hospitality, operations management, security services, facility management, planning performance management, resource management, fire prevention processes, firefighting systems and BMS. Well versed with MS office applications and MIS. Should be a team player


• Procurement processes, contract management, liaison with govt authorities.


• Be a responsible, dedicated person, willing to work beyond the normal call of duty and contribute to the team.
