Zelis Healthcare in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager to oversee night-shift facilities across two or more sites, ensuring uninterrupted power, HVAC, utilities, UPS, and building safety. You will perform routine rounds, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and corporate policies.

Manage end-to-end administrative and facilities operations across two or more facilities during night shift.
Ensure all critical infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities, UPS) are operational.
Conduct periodic facility rounds and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and compliance standards.
Monitor and manage BMS systems for HVAC, electrical, and utility performance.
Track alarms, alerts, and system failures; initiate immediate corrective action.
Coordinate with engineering teams/vendors for breakdown resolution.
Maintain logs and incident reports for all critical events.
Oversee employee transportation operations during night shift.
Ensure timely cab availability, route optimization, and vendor performance.
Monitor real-time transportation tracking systems.
Handle escalations related to safety, delays, or driver issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols (especially for night travel).
Supervise cafeteria operations during night hours.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and availability as per company standards.
Coordinate with vendors for replenishment and complaint resolution.
Conduct hygiene audits and ensure FSSAI / internal compliance adherence.
Oversee end-to-end security operations across facilities.
Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and incident logs.
Ensure deployment and effectiveness of security personnel.
Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, safety threats) as first point of contact.
Ensure adherence to physical security protocols and audit requirements.
Manage multiple vendors (transport, cafeteria, security, housekeeping, technical).
Track vendor performance against SLA/KPIs.
Ensure quick turnaround for incidents and service requests.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin leadership).
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all night shift escalations.
Handle emergency situations and ensure timely resolution.
Document incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
Escalate critical issues to leadership as per defined matrix.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and corporate policies.
Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for audits.
Support internal/external audits and inspections.
Prepare and share shift reports, dashboards, and incident summaries.
Maintain records of breakdowns, incidents, and vendor issues.
Track KPIs for facilities performance.
Strong knowledge of facility operations, BMS, and infrastructure systems
Experience in handling night shift operations and critical incidents
Good understanding of transport logistics and security protocols
Vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies
Good communication and reporting skills
Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Engineering / Facilities / Operations
3–5+ years of experience in Facilities Management / Administration
Experience in managing multiple sites and night operations preferred
Exposure to BMS / CAFM tools is an added advantage
