Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj invites a seasoned Administration and Facilities Manager to lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management across multiple manufacturing plants in Bengaluru. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, water-treatment systems and ensure uptime and safety.

Your role includes statutory compliance, government liaison, budgeting, cost control and governance of external IFM partners, plus driving digitalisation and infrastructure upgrades to sustain

Qualifications

• 20–26 years of administration and facilities management experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience managing administration and facilities across multiple plants or locations.
• Understanding of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, DG sets, UPS and air compressors.
• Experience managing day-to-day plant facilities, building maintenance and uninterrupted operations.
• Knowledge of water treatment plants, including RO, UF, STP and ETP.
• Ability to manage cafeteria, housekeeping, security, surveillance and employee facilities.
• Experience coordinating employee transportation with HR and transport vendors.
• Vendor management: monitor performance, KPIs and timely service delivery.
• Budgeting: prepare administration and facilities budgets, track expenses.
• Projects & infrastructure upgrades: manage expansions and asset maintenance.
• Process improvement and digitalisation: use digital tools to track maintenance, costs, service delivery.
• Compliance & government liaison: knowledge of statutory requirements and coordination with authorities.

Role & responsibilities

To lead end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management across manufacturing facilities, ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, utilities, building infrastructure and water-treatment systems. The role is accountable for statutory compliance, liaison with government authorities, facilities budgeting and cost control, and effective governance of external IFM partners. It also drives infrastructure upgrades, asset preservation, digitalisation and operational excellence while ensuring service uptime, safety, sustainability and uninterrupted business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 20 to 26 years in Administration and Facilities Management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG companies.


• Industry Exposure: Experience managing administration and facilities across multiple manufacturing plants, factories or locations.


• Plant Infrastructure: Good understanding of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, HVAC, DG sets, UPS and air compressors.


• Facilities Management: Experience managing day-to-day plant facilities, building maintenance, equipment upkeep and uninterrupted operations.


• Utilities & Water Management: Knowledge of water treatment plants, including RO, UF, STP and ETP.


• General Administration: Ability to manage cafeteria, housekeeping, security, surveillance systems and other employee facilities.


• Employee Transportation: Experience coordinating with HR and transport vendors to ensure smooth employee transportation.


• Vendor Management: Ability to manage external service providers, monitor performance, review KPIs and ensure timely delivery of services.


• Budget & Cost Control: Experience preparing administration and facilities budgets, tracking expenses and controlling operating costs.


• Projects & Infrastructure Upgrades: Experience managing plant expansion, brownfield projects, infrastructure upgrades and maintenance of existing assets.


• Process Improvement & Digitalisation: Ability to improve administrative processes and use digital tools to track maintenance, vendor performance, costs and service delivery.


• Compliance & Government Liaison: Knowledge of statutory requirements and experience coordinating with government authorities, Electricity Boards, Pollution Control Boards and other relevant departments.
