You will drive MIG/TIG/ARC welding operations, manage AutoCAD drawings and fabrication processes, and ensure on-time completion while maintaining high quality. This role also involves mentoring a growing team and implementing continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fabrication experience
• Expertise in MIG/TIG/ARC welding
• Proficiency with AutoCAD drawings
• Solid knowledge of fabrication processes
