Job summary

Adduco India in Chennai is seeking a textile sourcing professional with strong knowledge of woven fabrics, yarns, dyeing, finishing, and sustainable sourcing. The role focuses on finding mills and suppliers domestically and internationally to meet quality and cost targets.

Ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology/Engineering or Fashion Technology and has proven experience in fabric sourcing. The position is full-time and based in Chennai with potential travel to suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, or related field.
• Proven knowledge of woven fabrics, constructions, yarns, dyeing, processing and finishing.
• Experience in domestic and/or international mill and supplier sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing fabrics and suppliers domestically and internationally.
• Evaluate fabric quality, sourcing costs and lead times.
• Advise on sustainable fabric sourcing options.
