Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking a FA Hub Coordinator to support Equity, Debt & Structured Finance through financial analysis, valuation modeling, Argus underwriting, lease abstraction, and due diligence for commercial real estate financing transactions.

You will learn valuation processes, assist in preparing financial models, validate data, perform market research, and collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
