Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India invites applications for an Associate with a civil/architectural background and 2–4 years in cost management or project controls. You will support residential, commercial and township projects with cost estimating and compliance oversight.

You will perform site visits, BOQ-level quantity estimates, bill certification, and ensure safety and quality at the site while coordinating with stakeholders and clients. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in civil engineering / Architecture and/or MBA in Construction management / Real Estate.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in cost management, commercial advisory, or project controls.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost control expertise.
  • Stakeholder and client management.
  • Contractual and procurement knowledge.
  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-quality reporting and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to lead assignments independently.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare BOQ level estimation of quantity and rate analysis of labour and material
  • Carry out bill certification for works executed at site
  • Review safety and quality management practices at site and report non compliances
  • Review sales MIS and monitor demands raised & collections made . Review of ESCROW accounts for inflows and outflows.
