Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru, India is seeking an entry-level FA Hub Analyst to support the CMFA Pool with technical analyses and financial modeling. You will create Argus cash flow models, perform rent roll audits, gather data, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in lease abstraction, financial analysis, and modeling within Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with onshore team members.

Responsibilities
