Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking a FA Hub Coordinator to support the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team with financial analysis, valuation modeling, Argus underwriting, lease abstraction, and due diligence for CRE financing transactions.

You will learn through structured training, assist in preparing financial models, validate data, and contribute to market research and property analysis while upholding quality, accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn commercial real estate valuation, lease abstraction, and Argus modeling, with a growth mindset.
