Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield India is seeking an Associate in Cost Management/Project Controls to oversee development regulations, cost estimates, site inspections and contract administration for residential, commercial and township projects. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and rigorous cost control.

You will evaluate approvals, prepare BOQs, certify bills, monitor safety/quality, and support sales MIS with financial insights in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in civil engineering / Architecture or MBA in Construction management / Real Estate.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in cost management, commercial advisory, or project controls.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost control expertise.
  • Stakeholder and client management.
  • Contractual and procurement knowledge.
  • Risk identification and mitigation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-quality reporting and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Discuss development regulations and approvals for residential, commercial and township projects.
  • Understand building approval processes and timelines, FAR/FSI considerations.
  • Create detailed project cost estimates for Civil, MEP, finishing, infra, external development and consultant fees.
  • Conduct site visits to source information, monitor progress and summarize findings.
  • Prepare BOQ-level quantity estimates and rate analysis of labour and materials.
  • Certify bills for works executed at site.
  • Review safety and quality practices and report non-compliances.
  • Review sales MIS and monitor demands and ESCROW inflows/outflows.

About You
