Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield team is seeking an FA Hub Analyst to perform analysis, build Argus cash flow models, and audit data quality within the CMFA Pool. You will gather data, prepare lease abstracts for various property types, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

You will work with the onshore team to validate inputs, conduct market research, and develop a solid understanding of commercial property valuation while enhancing your analytical and modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in lease abstraction, financial analysis, and modeling within Commercial Real Estate.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise and other discounted cash flow tools (e.g., Rockport Val) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with onshore team members.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
