Job summary

Pasban - The Gatekeeper in Uttarakhand is hiring an F&B Senior Associate for a heritage hotel. You will lead service on shifts across the restaurant, in-room dining and events, and work closely with a small team.

The role requires 2–4 years in F&B service, strong knowledge of the menu and beverages, and fluency in English and Hindi. A Diploma or degree in Hotel Management is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities within Pasban's boutique portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of F&B service in a hotel, resort or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong menu and beverage knowledge; experience on a POS system.
• Fluent English and Hindi; warm, confident guest interaction.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred.

Responsibilities

We're hiring an F&B Senior Associate for a heritage hotel we manage in one of India's classic Himalayan hill towns. Built in the 1870s and looked after by the same family for over ninety years, the house has 31 rooms and suites, many with lake views, an old wing full of character, and guests who return year after year for its slow, old-world pace.

Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.

What you'll do
