Accor is seeking an F&B team member to support outlets during peak times and ensure awareness of fire and life safety procedures. The role requires a presentable, customer-focused individual who can perform duties assigned by hotel management.

The candidate should have a hotel management education or diploma and be able to work under high pressure, while being a team player and self-motivated.

Qualificações

• Be aware of the procedure concerning hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
• Assist Food & Beverage Outlets in their operations within peak times when needed.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets and hotel services/features.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Service oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
• A team player & builder.
• A motivator & self-starter.
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
