Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru is seeking an AGM/AVP- F&A Delivery to lead large finance operations programs across global accounts. You will drive delivery excellence, transformation roadmaps, and ERP-enabled processes in a high-growth shared services setup.

The role requires 17-25+ years in FAO operations (PTP, OTC, RTR), strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and related tools. Shift flexibility and strategic vision are essential.

Qualificações

17–25+ years of FAO/finance operations experience
Experience leading large delivery teams (200–300+ FTEs) for global accounts
Strong understanding of PTP, OTC, RTR, FP&A and related processes
Exposure to transformation programs and ERP-enabled delivery models
Industry domains: BPO/KPO/GBS/Captive Shared Services

Candidate Expectations & Responsibilities

Candidate must have minimum 17-25+ years of experience in FAO operations, PTP, OTC, RTR. Led Large delivery teams of 200-300+ FTEs, for key global accounts in finance operations across all towers. Preferable Qualification: Accounting & Finance – CA, B. Com/ M. Com, ICWA, MBA Driving operations, understanding customer transformation and digitization needs, executing high impact transformation projects as a part of delivery etc. Candidate Industry (BPO / KPO / GBS / GCC / GSS / Captive Shared Services)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
Leading and motivating staff to achieve organizational objectives
Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
Establishing policies that improve and promote account vision and culture
Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results
Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
Provide strategic direction for delivery excellence, operating model maturity, SLA/KPI achievement, productivity improvement, and standardization across accounts, geographies, and service lines.
Manage large teams through effective people leadership, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, capability building, engagement, and appraisal governance.
Drive process re-engineering, transitions, migrations, automation, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, scalability, and customer experience.
Partner with clients, senior leadership, internal stakeholders, delivery teams, technology teams, and support functions for governance reviews, escalations, audits, contract changes, and business growth opportunities.
Champion digital enablement by leveraging ERP platforms, workflow tools, analytics, dashboards, automation solutions, and business intelligence capabilities such as SAP, Oracle, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, and Alteryx.
Deep understanding of finance shared services, BPO delivery models, global service delivery, service management, and cross-functional operating environments.
Strong exposure to ERP platforms and enabling technologies, including SAP ECC/S4HANA, Oracle, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, workflow tools, and reporting automation solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, including executive stakeholder management, client engagement, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, articulation, and multitasking.
Proven ability to manage client-facing operations, governance forums, KPI reviews, audit readiness, service reviews, business continuity, contractual commitments, and commercial discussions.
Strong experience in program management, transitions, transformation roadmaps, change management, process stabilization, and large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
Proven experience in a senior executive role
In-depth understanding of the industry and the workings of different departments of a company, including finance, recruitment and human resources
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and data analysis
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Strategic planning and business development
Must be flexible with shifts as per requirement of client
