Role Description

The Extrusion Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion machinery used to produce UPVC window profiles. The role includes adjusting machine parameters, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring materials are loaded and handled safely throughout the production process. The operator will inspect output for dimensional accuracy and visual quality, document any defects, and coordinate with the quality team to maintain product standards. Daily tasks also involve keeping the work area organized, following safety procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and coworkers to meet production targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate and oversee extrusion and related industrial machinery with strong machine operation skills.
• Experience in quality control, including inspecting finished products and maintaining production standards.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and equipment upkeep.
