Job summary

Syrma Johari Medtech is seeking an extrusion technician for challenging PVC and polymer compound processing roles in Jodhpur. You will operate and maintain extrusion machines, set up, start-up and shutdown, and monitor process parameters to optimize materials.

You will run experiments, perform mold loading/unloading and mold trials, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in extrusion designs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of the PVC extrusion process and the processing properties of PVC and polymer compounds
• Operating and maintaining extrusion machines, including set-up, start-up and shut-down
• Process parameter monitoring and compound optimization
• Troubleshooting production issues and defects
• Mold loading/unloading and mold trials
• Running experiments and tests to evaluate new process designs and improvements
