MARS Cosmetics invites an experienced Exports & Imports Operations professional to join as Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Logistics & EXIM at Netaji Subash Place, Delhi. You will oversee day-to-day logistics, vendor coordination, and import-export documentation to ensure timely movement of goods.

The role requires 5-9 years in logistics/EXIM, strong vendor management and cost analysis skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or EXIM operations.
• Hands-on experience in transportation and logistics vendor management.
• Working knowledge of Import-Export operations, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Exposure to freight procurement, rate negotiation, bidding, and logistics cost analysis.
• Good understanding of CHAs, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, ICDs, and CFSs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day domestic and international logistics operations and ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, ICDs/CFSs, and other logistics partners.
• Support logistics procurement, freight rate negotiations, and bidding/quotation processes.
• Manage Import & Export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with CHAs and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, delivery, and inbound/outbound planning.
• Monitor logistics costs, prepare MIS reports and monthly cost analysis, and highlight cost deviations.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and KPIs, and resolve operational issues in coordination with logistics partners.
• Coordinate for the timely submission, verification, and processing of vendor bills and payments.
• Assist in contract and service agreement renewals with logistics vendors.
• Identify opportunities to reduce detention, demurrage, and other avoidable logistics costs.
• Maintain logistics-related master data, including freight rates, routes, vendors, and shipment details.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Production, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving service levels, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Role Overview-
