Talent Corner HR Services seeks an Exports Manager to lead international sales across Africa, Australia and Asia. This senior, commercially driven leader builds global distribution networks and represents the company at high levels with clients and agencies.

You will develop territory plans, appoint distributors, coordinate with finance on terms, and adapt collateral for export markets, while supporting market entry strategies and revenue growth.

Job description

The Exports Manager will be a senior, commercially driven leader responsible for two interconnected mandates: (1) driving export sales in priority international territories Africa, Australia, and Asia. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑accountability role suited to a proven exports professional who can navigate complex B2B sales cycles, build international distribution networks, and represent at the highest levels with global clients and motorsport organisations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Sales — Africa, Australia & Asia

• Develop and execute territory‑specific export sales strategies for Africa, Australia, and Asia in line with international expansion roadmap
• Identify, appoint, and manage authorised distributors, resellers, and project partners in target export markets; structure channel agreements and performance frameworks
• Build direct relationships with national road authorities, infrastructure ministries, EPC contractors, and road safety agencies in target countries
• Drive the full export sales cycle — lead generation, tender tracking, proposal development, pricing negotiations, order closure, and post‑sale account management
• Collaborate with the Australia subsidiary on in‑market sales support, product homologation, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Achieve annual export revenue targets across territories; provide monthly pipeline and forecast reports

2. Commercial & Strategic

• Develop and maintain a territory‑wise account plan, opportunity pipeline, and competitive intelligence database
• Work with internal product and marketing teams to localise collateral, technical datasheets, and certifications for export markets
• Negotiate and finalise commercial terms — pricing, incoterms, payment terms, and logistics — in coordination with finance and supply chain
• Represent at international road safety conferences, exhibitions, and trade delegations
• Provide inputs to the leadership team on market entry strategy, product adaptation needs, and international pricing architecture
