Total Group in Mumbai is seeking an Export Documentation specialist with at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding from a mid-sized organization. You will independently prepare import/export documents under various schemes and liaise with shipping lines for the arrival of consignments.

Key duties include handling inquiries with shipping lines, processing clearing and forwarding, preparing checklists, and managing LCL/FCL operations.

Qualifications

• Should be proficient in preparing all export/import documents under various schemes.
• Strong communication with Shipping Lines for arrival and required documents.

Ideal candidate with minimum experience 2 years with handling Export Documentation with good knowledge of Freight Forwarding from a mid-sized organization.
