The candidate should have graduation and exposure to export customs clearance and freight forwarding, plus strong communication and customer coordination skills to support smooth operations

Qualifications

• Graduation is a must.
• Experience in Export Custom Clearance and Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of export customs clearance procedures and export operational processes.
• Knowledge of shipping line coordination and export booking procedures.
• Knowledge of SI, VGM, and Form 13 processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle and ensure timely completion of VGM, Shipping Bill, Form 13, shipment handover and other documentation.
• Review and process BL drafts, amendments, and final issuance with shipping lines.
• Coordinate internally with concerned teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and use of company software to update data regularly.
• Maintain awareness of cut-off timelines to ensure on-time shipments.

Job Summary: We are looking for an Operations Support Executive with experience in Ocean Export. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely submission of SI, VGM, and Form 13 as per the said cut offs and regular internal coordination related to shipments assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and ensure the timely completion of VGM, Shipping Bill, Form 13, shipment handover, and other documentation processes as per the applicable cut-off timelines to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Knowledge of Odex, MMD3, and Cargoes portals. (Preferred)
• Review and process Bill of Lading (BL) drafts, amendments, and final issuance with shipping lines.
• Coordinate internally with the concerned teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, adherence with company software to update the data regularly.
