Job summary

Rokade Rotek in Rabale - Navi Mumbai is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Indian sales team, manage enquiries, quotations, customer communication, order processing and documentation. You will coordinate with Sales Engineers, Product/Technical Teams, Accounts and Stores from enquiry through order and delivery.

The role requires 1-4 years in sales coordination or related fields; graduates or diploma holders in relevant disciplines with strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / Bachelors degree; B.Com/BBA/B.Sc., Mechanical/Electrical Diploma/B.E. or Sales/Marketing qualification preferred
• 1-4 years in sales coordination, industrial sales, technical sales support or engineering products.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry Management: Register enquiries from email, website, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp and telephone; allocate to appropriate engineer; maintain enquiry tracker; track enquiry quotation follow-up PO dispatch.
• Quotation & Sales Support: Prepare quotations using approved pricing/formats; share catalogues, datasheets and presentations; coordinate technical specifications and application queries; maintain quotation revisions and records.
• Customer Follow-Up: Follow up quotations and obtain feedback/expected order dates; follow up technical/commercial clarifications; maintain daily/weekly reports; escalate important or delayed enquiries.
• Order & Dispatch Coordination: Verify POs against quotations and terms; coordinate Accounts, Stores/Production and Logistics; track order through dispatch; share dispatch details; follow up Proof of Delivery.
• Product Coordination: Support vibration analysers/meters, dynamic balancing machines, shaft alignment tools, bearing induction heaters, bearing condition monitoring, MCSA, thermography and online condition monitoring products.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain enquiry, quotation, follow-up, order, customer and sales-pipeline records; track lost enquiries and pending payment/status; prepare daily/weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Enquiry Management

• Register enquiries from email, website, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, WhatsApp and telephone.
• Understand basic requirements and allocate enquiries to the appropriate Sales/Technical Engineer.
• Maintain enquiry tracker and follow-up.
• Track Enquiry Quotation Follow-up PO Dispatch.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Bachelors degree; B.Com/BBA/B.Sc., Mechanical/Electrical Diploma/B.E. or Sales/Marketing qualification preferred
Experience: 1-4 years in sales coordination, industrial sales, technical sales support or engineering products. Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may be considered.
