Amdocs seeks a product manager to lead RF design and cell site integration initiatives for 5G RAN with US Tier 1 customers. You will shape the product vision, manage the backlog, and drive agile delivery while aligning with business goals and market needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and continuously refine the strategy based on feedback to maximize value and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

What will your job look like?

• Product type: RF Design and Cell Site Integration process automations and AI introduction into the process for improving the quality and efficiency.

• Continuously refine strategy based on market trends and feedback

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure the team is working on the highest-value features
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for development
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the “voice of the customer”
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment
• Agile Execution & Delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, etc.)
• Provide clarification and guidance to development teams

All you need is...

• Strong understanding or Nokia and Ericsson RAN equipment
• Experience and Strong understanding of various tools and processes used by US Tier1 carriers
• Experience and strong understanding of RF design and Site Integration tasks like RFDS, CIQ & Scripting, E911 provisioning, BOM, RTT & SON modules
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• Basic technical understanding to collaborate with development teams
• Qualifications (Typical)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred
