Job summary

Sidvin Core-Tech (India) Private Limited is seeking a seasoned HVAC design engineer with 10–12 years in Oil & Gas projects. You will perform load calculations, duct routing, and equipment sizing, and prepare technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10–12 years of experience in design for Oil & Gas projects.
• Software knowledge: E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Experience in basic engineering and detail design of HVAC equipment and duct routing.
• Good English communication (written and oral).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with clarity on scope and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Load calculation, assessment of building characteristics, selection and equipment sizing for HVAC system.
• Preparation of specifications, datasheets, requisitions for quotation and vendor drawings.
• HVAC system design including ducting layout, section, details, and isometrics.
• Ducting line lists, penetrations and connection details.
• Prepare HVAC MTO, P&ID, airflow diagrams, and shop drawings including as-built drawings.
• Prepare HVAC drain isometric drawing and piping layout.
• Detail design using E3D and verify/update duct routing and interfaces.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and reserve space for equipment.

1. Load calculation, assessment of building characteristics, selection and equipment sizingfor HVAC system.

2. Preparation of Specifications, Technical Datasheets, Requisitions forQuotation, Technical queries, Technical Bid Analysis, Purchase Requisitions and Vendor Drawings / Documents review.

3. Preparation of HVAC system - Ducting Layout Plan, Section & Typical details,

4. Ducting line list, Ducting penetration and Connection details.

5. HVAC MTO, D&ID, Airflow diagram, E3D extracted HVAC arrangement drawing, typical installation details, shop drawings and as-built drawings.

6. Preparation of HVAC DRAIN - ISOMETRIC DRAWING, PIPING LAYOUTDrawing.

7. Detail design using E3D modelling shall carry out following typical activities.
