Job summary

Sidvin Core-Tech (India) Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Detailed Design professional for rotating equipment within Oil & Gas projects. You will oversee equipment selection, prepare datasheets, and review vendor offers, coordinating with other disciplines to ensure design fidelity.

The role requires knowledge of API/ASME standards, Navisworks/AutoCAD proficiency, and strong English communication to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Detailed Design for rotating equipment in Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of API/ASME codes for pumps, compressors, fans, turbines.
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with rotating equipment packages such as pumps, chemical injection, and deck cranes.
• Strong English communication (written and oral).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality rotating engineering support through all project stages.
• Select rotating equipment types for projects.
• Prepare datasheets, technical specifications, and material requisitions.
• Review vendor offers and handle technical queries and FAT prep.
• Review design deliverables and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Apply knowledge of pumps, injection packages, deck cranes, and fans.
• Participate in equipment lists and IDC coordination.
• Support weight control reports for layout and structural design.

• 1. Responsible for providing required quality Rotating engineering support through all stages of the project
• 2. Rotating Equipment type Selection
• 3. Preparation of rotating equipment deliverables such as Datasheet, Technical specification and Material requisition, Review of Vendors offer, Technical Query, TBE & Vendor Document Review
• 4. Review of engineering design deliverables, including rotating equipment selection and specification, design development in coordination with other project disciplines
• 5. Thorough knowledge in Pumps, Chemical Injection packages, Deck crane, Fans and Other Rotating Equipment.
• 6. Participates in the preparation of equipment lists.
• 7. Participation in Factory Acceptance Test

Requirements
